I recently started working with a new client who is redoing an entire house! The thought of doing all the dreaming, planning, and shopping was overwhelming to her, so she asked me to help—what an honor!

The first space we tackled was her daughter’s bedroom. She really wanted her to have a space she could call her own, as soon as they get moved in.

For the consultation, we met virtually (you can learn more about my Virtual Design Services HERE). My client provided me with some photos and measurements of the space, as well as, a list of items her daughter already had going into the project and her wishlist.

In addition to the Virtual Design Consultation, my client added on a Mood Board to her package from my services. A mood or inspiration board is a great way to visualize how the pieces will look together in the space.

Both my client and her daughter were so excited when they saw the mood board! It was just the look they wanted and was filled with all the right pieces to create a space fit for a tween!

I loved creating this shoppable + colorful inspiration board for my client and her daughter. It’s so fun to watch a design come to life and to know that it hit the mark with a client. Not only that, I love helping to take some of the burden off of my clients’ shoulders. We’re all busy, so anything that helps relieve some of that stress is welcome.

I know my client has purchased a few of the items and I can’t wait to get some progress photos of the bedroom. I’ll be sure to update this post when I receive them!
