We've been on our health journey for what seems like decades, yet there are so many more changes to make! While I've found many products that I love and I believe work, it's been difficult for me to find really great makeup and skincare. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of natural and clean options out there, but my experience has been that the don't work very well. Also, as silly as it might be, I'm a sucker for presentation, and none of the natural products I've used have been overly beautiful.

All of this changed when I discovered TOUPS & CO. ORGANICS. I've been using it for months and I love every single product I've gotten from them. From makeup to skincare, they are continually perfecting the most luxurious toxin free products that actually work! Not only are all their products beautifull made and feel amazing, but they're made in small batches, so you know you're getting the very best in quality each and every time you order from them.

Our skin is the largest organ we have and it literally absorbs everything into it. I read a statistic that only 11% of the ingredients used in beauty products have actually been evaluated for their safety. For women, especially, this is terrifying since we tend to use so many beauty products, including cleansing, makeup, and skincare. Trying to hunt down the best and safest products to use is exhausting, considering we're doing this also with cleaning products and food. I'm so thankful to have found TOUPS & CO., beacuse it's one less thing I have to think or worry about.

Each time I place a new order, I pick a new product to try out. My most recent order is going to include the brow pencil. I had my eyebrows powdered (kind of like tattooing) and loved the results, but they need redone. I don't really want to spend the money on that right now, so I know the brow pencil will be just the answer! 

One of the first things I noticed about the TOUPS & CO. products is that they really do live up to the 'good things in small packages' adage. After having used the products for a while, I've realized that a little does go a long way and the makeup and skincare last longer than I thought they would. Also, because they are made in small batches, you are assured of getting the most quality products!

I was going to list out all the products that I use and love, but I would literally be rewriting the entire TOUPS & CO. website. Instead, I shared everything I've used so far in the collage image (except for the bronzer, which I forgot to include, but it is linked). I'm to the point now where I can't wait for my beauty products from other companies to run out so I can order something new from Toups & Co.! Everything comes in the most beautiful packaging and it feels like a gift to myself. The one tip I do have is that if you love something that you would use on the go as well, grab a second one...you'll be so happy to have one in your makeup bag and one for your purse!

I've been working on myself over the last couple of months. I put in a lot of effort with my exercise and the foods that I eat. I've realized, though, that I need to put in that same level of care for my mental health...which actually encompasses a lot of things. This might sound a bit out there or unnecessary, but I have been making the effort every day to get ready: shower, makeup, hair done, and dressed in real clothes. I have felt tremendously better since starting this ritual and it helps that I have the loveliest products to use. They all smell and feel amazing and make me more excited about this daily ritual I'm trying to foster. Who knew that when I left a regular full-time job, and started working from home, that I would need this sort of "intervention"...but here we are!
