Friends, Jason and I have been married for 18 years and have never had a headboard! After sharing this on Instagram, I’ve learned that it’s not as uncommon as I thought. I’ve still been wanting one, though, and finally got it! I can’t believe the difference it has made in our bedroom!

I was afraid it would make the room feel dark or heavy, but it has added the perfect amount of warmth! The headboard we got is currently sold out. I still can’t get over the difference that THIS headboard has made in our bedroom! The space wasn’t bad before, don’t get me wrong…especially since I had the picture ledge installed last year. There was just something missing and now I know it was a headboard! I love the color, depth, and warmth that the headboard adds!
