My Favorite Fall Decor Pieces

There has been a slight hint of Fall in the air and now I want all of the cozy things! I'm one of those people who doesn't go crazy decking the house out for every holiday. I do make a few switches here and there, depending on the season. Decorating for different holidays and seasons doesn't have to mean completely thematic decor. Sometimes it's just making a few edits that will help create the feeling that you want. In Summer, that means paring back on decor and lightening things up a bit.

For Fall, though, you want to create a cozy feeling in your home. Add in some wood tones, layer throw blankets, and add in some comfy throw pillows that have a hint of Fall colors and that will also encourage you to snuggle in on the couch! Fall also means adding in a bit of sparkle and light to warm the nights...that will soon be coming sooner in the afternoon than they have been.
