There is something fun about dressing up for the holidays—dopamine dressing just makes you feel good! Whether you need all new clothes or a few fun accessories, I have you covered with a couple of holiday outfit ideas from Target! A New Day and Knox Rose are two of my favorite lines to create my Target Style looks and I always look forward to new pieces each season.
I am a pretty casual person through and through, so it takes something special to make me want to get dressed up. Guess what? Once the fancy clothes are on, I love the way they look! In case you need a little inspiration to get dressed up too, I’m sharing a couple of fun “fancy” outfit ideas with holiday must-haves from Target.
This is my favorite of the two holiday outfits I styled because it feels the most like me. I almost couldn’t believe it when I tried the pants on in the store because they are super comfy!! They are reminiscent of the “party pants” of the late 1990’s/early 2000’s (if you’re old like I am…).
I also love the sweater. It is super soft and feels good on…plus it’s very cute. I pulled out the pink from the sweater with the shoes and I think it’s such a fun combo! Accessories from Target make this a more is more look.
I wore this outfit to my family’s (early) Thanksgiving meal and it was very out of my element…but I ended up loving how it felt and looked! I glammed up the dress a bit with wide belt (it’s stretchy), plus jewelry and accessories! The bag is great because it can be used as a clutch or a shoulder bag/crossbody. I always appreciate being able to use pieces in more ways than one. That’s why I like this plaid dress—it can be worn in a more casual way (think adding a denim jacket) or dressed up with accessories!
I think these holiday outfit must-haves from Target are fun and versatile—I love that I can dress them up or down with different accessories. The prices are also affordable, making it possible to create the looks for less, especially considering I used the same accessories for both outfits!
If you put together a holiday outfit from Target, I’d love to see! Post in your story on Instagram and tag me! You can find me on Instagram at @hilaryprall.
