My Favorite Christmas Picks from Wayfair

Friend, you know creating mood boards is one of my favorite things…right? I love seeing how seemingly unrelated products can come together in one space (in this case, an image) and look so good together! Want to know something else? You can totally take those same mood boards and pull the items right from the page, into your home, and have them work just as well there! When I was invited by Wayfair to create a couple of Christmas mood boards for them, I couldn’t say ‘yes’ fast enough! Not only was it a super fun opportunity, but also, I got to create not one, but TWO, different Christmas-inspired looks!

Something else that’s pretty clear, if you’ve been around here long, is that I love color. It makes me so happy and I want to be surrounded by as much of it as I can! Creating the Colorful Glam Mood Board was just about as dreamy as things can get. Building a Christmas-scape around gorgeous pink pieces (hello Christmas tree!), with splashes of gold, black, and white in the accent chair, throw blanket and stocking, and lantern…made for such magical holiday inspiration.

While I do love color, I can completely appreciate the calmness of a natural and neutral holiday scene as well. Creating a Neutral Mood Board of Christmas inspiration was almost as much fun as the Colorful Glam one was…if not more! The pops of red throughout the inspiration board lend a lot of interest to the collection, as well as texture and pattern from the plaid, throw pillow, and the tree collar!

If you need to give your Christmas decorations a little update this season, or maybe just the addition of a touch of something here and there, these items will definitely do just that. Also, I designed each mood board to not only stand alone, but to also work together. All of the pieces, from both boards, can easily be blended in a space for a unique and gorgeous holiday display.

I love making the holidays a little bit easier…and more beautiful for you! I hope these links will help make your Christmas decorating more fun and inspired this year! Happy shopping!
