No-Drill Woven Blinds

Do you have windows in your home that could use a little help, but you don't have a huge budget (or the DIY knowhow) to install expensive blinds? I've found a great budget-friendly, no-drill solution for you!

A few years ago, we had very expensive, name brand WOVEN BLINDS installed in our main level bedrooms. Now, they are very nice and have lining, but...I still wince a little when I think about how much we spent on them. I know that it's ok to put money into your home and I have enjoyed the blinds, but still...I wish I'd known about this more budget-friendly option before we had ours installed.

When it came to our basement, I've been putting off changing out the blinds because 1. No one but us really goes down there 2. We had blinds already and I didn't want to spend the money on new ones and 3. I did not want to hassle with installing them ourselves. Thankfully, I came across some NO-DRILL WOVEN BLINDS on Amazon with great reviews and an even better price point! 

Even more amazing...you can customize the size you need! The windows in our basement are wider than standard, so I definitely had to customize. The precise instructions are provided on the AMAZON listing, but it tells you to measure in three spots across your window (top, middle, and bottom). From those measurements, you'll order the smallest number to assure the custom blinds will fit your window. I'm still shocked at the great price for CUSTOM WOVEN BLINDS!

Other than getting the correct measurements, all you need to do is decide which color you want. I chose the TUSCAN B OPTION, as I was looking to add a bit of warmth and dimension to the room. There are several colors to choose from for the blinds, though, so I'm sure you'll be able to find just the right one for your home.

The biggest selling point of the the LAZ BLINDS, for me, is that you don't need any tools to install them, since they're no-drill. I did need a screwdriver to remove the old blinds, but if you don't have anything to begin with...all you will need is the blinds themselves! Jason did end up helping me install the first set, but I think (unless you had just a tremendously wide window) you could do this on your own. By the time I had wrestled the old blinds off the window and figured out how to hang the new ones, my arms were tired, so an extra set of hands was nice. They truly are easy to install, though. Just get them leveled out to where you want them and tighten the nuts to hold them in place. Genius!!

These no-drill blinds would be perfect for RENTERS, as they won't do any lasting damage to the windows. Bonus...you could sell them or take them with you, depending on needs. I love when I can recoup money from purchases that I don't need anymore!
