A trend I’m loving in 2018 for hardware and lighting finishes is matte black. It’s a fresh twist on a classic and goes well with several different styles! If you’re thinking about making some updates to your home, this can be a way to get a more current look without doing major renovations. You can start with small touches and add as you go; unlike trying to mix metals, this is a more forgiving finish to blend with what you currently have.
