I have a little secret to tell you. Ready? Even if you have giant walls, and even if they’re super tall—meeting a vaulted ceiling, you don’t have to fill them up with décor! Learning the balance can be tough, I know, so I’m hoping this little trick will help you with at least one of those walls.

I know not everyone is meant to have a gallery wall…and I get it! One way you can give presence to the wall above your sofa, without adding a busy collection, is with a floating gallery wall shelf. You get to display a lot (or a little) of décor, in a nice, clean way. Using a floating shelf will also allow you to rotate and change out décor more easily, as you won’t have to cover nail holes in your wall every time.
